E. Brent Kelly is a Senior Analyst and Partner at Wainhouse Research with over 17 years experience in developing and marketing highly technical products. Prior to joining Wainhouse Research, Brent held senior management, marketing, and technical positions in both large and small communications, manufacturing, semiconductor testing, and petroleum companies. He has authored reports and articles on migrating to IP communications, integrated conferencing environments, IP video network providers, and the conferencing reseller channel. He has developed a highly successful seminar on implementing IP-based Rich Media Conferencing. Brent specializes in IP communications infrastructure, the rich media conferencing reseller channel, and strategic consulting.

Mr. Kelly holds a Ph.D. in engineering from Texas A&M and a B.S. in engineering from Brigham Young University.

Jon Neville
Practice Consultant

Jon Neville, who is based in Europe, has more than 25 years experience in the IT industry, the last 10 at a major multi-national company specializing in telecommunications; particularly the deployment of IP networks, IP Telephony and more recently Unified Communications. Jon has considerable commercial experience having negotiated contracts with various large telecommunications and other IT vendors.

At Wainhouse Research he is providing consultancy in the area of IP Telephony and Unified Communications, in particular assisting enterprises with their business cases for deployment using an extensive modelling system, a unique vendor selection and management process and also brings his practical guide to successful implementations.

Jon is a recognised expert in this field and is a regular speaker at telecommunication industry events in the European, US and Asia Pacific regions.

Diane Mayer

In addition to leading Corvent’s global team of consultants and trainers, Diane Mayer spearheads the development of new training programs designed to "onboard" Microsoft partners, as well as usage and adoption programs for enterprise deployments of Microsoft solutions. Before joining Corvent, Diane started a consulting firm to help companies utilize web-based seminars for lead generation and customer relationship development. While working as a consultant, she was hired by Microsoft to develop partner sales training programs in the U.S. and to assist in the deployment of Office Live Meeting in a major partner organization in the U.K.

Diane has produced hundreds of high-end marketing Web seminars to large corporate audiences, and has assisted many companies in incorporating collaborative meetings into the daily work routine. Outside of corporate life, she has also served as an adjunct professor with NYU where she developed a “virtual class” for business professionals on the subject of Web marketing seminars.
