	Mark Diamond President & CEO, Contoural, Inc. Mark Diamond was one of the early pioneers in the storage services industry. Mark founded Contoural, and under his leadership the company has grown to be the industry leader in data consulting services. Previously Mark was co-founder of the Professional Services group at Veritas (OpenVision), and subsequently founded and built the worldwide professional services and education organizations for Legato Systems. He was also Vice President of Worldwide Professional Services at RightWorks. Mark was one of the industry leaders in applying the life-cycle services approach to storage, and has been a management consultant to numerous storage vendors. He is a frequent industry speaker on compliance, data policy, storage strategy and archiving. Mark is also President of the Alumni Association for the University of California San Diego.

	Greg Forest Chief Technical Officer, Contoural, Inc. Greg Forest has more than 20 years experience in storage, application software, programming, management, marketing, support, and implementation. As CTO for Contoural, he has developed methodologies to make archiving solution deployment predictable and cost effective, and has worked with Contoural clients to help them select solution vendors to satisfy demanding business objectives and technical requirements. Previously Greg worked as Director of IT for Legato Systems, responsible for governance, budgeting, and strategic vision. Prior to that he was a Senior Product Manager responsible for the technical integration of Legato products into storage solutions from Sun Microsystems and Compaq. Earlier he was responsible for Oracle deployment and the Developer's Program for SCO Unix across a variety of OEM hardware platforms.

	Stephen Foskett Director, Data Practice Group, Contoural, Inc. An industry thought leader. Stephen Foskett has provided vendor-independent end user consulting on archiving and storage topics for over 10 years. As the director of Contoural's data practice, Foskett oversees the group that provides strategic consulting to assist Fortune 500 companies in aligning their storage and computing infrastructures with their business objectives. He has directly helped numerous large and midsize organizations justify, evaluate and select e-mail and file archiving systems. He has been a storage columnist and has authored numerous articles for industry publications, and is a popular presenter at industry events and recently received Microsoft’s MVP award for contributions to the enterprise storage community. He holds a bachelor of science in Society/Technology Studies, from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

As principal analyst for Contoural Inc., Frank has more than 20 years experience in e-discovery, litigation support, compliance and records management as well as a deep background in storage hardware and software. In addition to working with numerous Fortune 500 and medium-sized companies develop their litigation readiness strategies, Frank is a well-regarded expert on these topics and is a frequent industry speaker.
